Order Processing:

• Order cutoff time is 22:00 (GMT+11:00) Australian Eastern Daylight time (Sydney).
• Orders are processed within 1 business day of being placed. You'll receive an email notification once your order is shipped.

Delivery Timeframes:

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 10-15 business days from the date of shipment. 
• We use Australia Post as our Shipping Courier.

• Free Shipping for all Australian orders. 

International Shipping:

• We currently do not ship internationally.
