Returns and Refund Policy

At Valorant Co., we are committed to your satisfaction and want you to love your jewellery purchases. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free returns policy.

General Returns:

  • You can return any unworn, undamaged jewellery within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.
  • Please note that engraved or custom-made jewellery is non-returnable unless it is faulty.
  • You can return any unused, undamaged accessories within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.
  • For all other products, you can return any unused and undamaged products within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.

  • . We will issue you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your items.
  • Please return your items in their original packaging with all tags and certificates.
  • We recommend using a traceable shipping method with insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refunds and Exchanges:

  • Once we receive your returned items and confirm they meet the above conditions, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for your purchase.
  • For exchanges, please specify the item you would like to exchange for in your return request.

Faulty Items:

  • If you receive a faulty item, please contact us immediately at contact@valorantco.com or by phone at +61 1800 845 020. We will arrange for a replacement or repair at no cost to you.
  • We may request photos or videos of the fault to assist with our assessment.

Additional Information:

  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty. 
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy guidelines.
